It sort of cracks me up that people would think it's a BAD sign when other teams raid the Rams and entice certain FO and coaches with bigger money in promotions. This is a business like any other. Google execs and Facebook execs and SpaceX execs are poached all the time with more money and higher positions. These companies are seen as incubators of good managers..... just like what has happened under McVay and the Kroenke FO.
