So they are being poached from the offensive side in Seattle, the defensive side in, well LA, and the front office side in Detroit.
All vertical moves, all more money, all seem legit to me.
LA is a serious hotspot for coaching and FO people right now. Just like Saban in Alabama always having to replace coordinators and BB in New England. Winning does that.
The Rams aren't exactly known for promoting from within, are they?. Maybe these guys feel they have to leave if they want to advance their careers cause they've got no shot at a promotion if they stay.
