Right, get back on. For this reply I want to put aside some things currently being debated and assume that Goff is not reading D's well, being too cautious, (not that that is true, just setting up the scenario for this question, you can substitute any other QB name if you wish)... whether you believe that is true for Goff or not is irrelevant to what I am going to ask...

Can you insist, (coach), a QB to take "MORE" chances.. realizing that it might very well bring about (short term hopefully) MORE mistakes BUT... current trepidation might be stemmed if not eradicated with this more radical approach, and result in a more confident and perhaps broader field of vision the QB will perceive from choreographed receivers on each play?
