Best thing to do when you fall off a horse?

January 28, 2021 03:32PM
Right, get back on. For this reply I want to put aside some things currently being debated and assume that Goff is not reading D's well, being too cautious, (not that that is true, just setting up the scenario for this question, you can substitute any other QB name if you wish)... whether you believe that is true for Goff or not is irrelevant to what I am going to ask...

Can you insist, (coach), a QB to take "MORE" chances.. realizing that it might very well bring about (short term hopefully) MORE mistakes BUT... current trepidation might be stemmed if not eradicated with this more radical approach, and result in a more confident and perhaps broader field of vision the QB will perceive from choreographed receivers on each play?

I think many forget a key thing with Goff. Is he a TERRIBLE QB? No!

  You just said it

McVay doesn't want a "not terrible" QB.

Good question. Not sure I have an answer

YEs, that makes sense, but I was thinking...

Did you watch the offenses and their OCs?

BumRap131January 28, 2021 12:13PM

Let’s hope one of the 31 other teams thinks so
