Unfortunately, Goff has simply not been pulling his weight over the last 2 1/2 years. Just about everywhere you look, the Rams have players or units in the top 10. Defense, RB, WR...even OL. But Goff is at the bottom of the list of regular starters. For over 2 1/2 years! Even with those paltry numbers, he doesn't raise his game in the post season. He has been more of an anchor than a captain.

McVay cannot allow 1 player to weigh everyone else down. That is the definition of "We not me".
