He is not a God. He is a very good leader of men. He schemes well but does not always call the right plays and apparently he struggles identifying talent or value. When it comes to paying and playing them. He's mortal. Now McVay says players win games and coaches lose them.

McVay has earned coaching respect but good GMs also know that you can win with Goff.
