Yes, on B Cooks....AC, after Cooks is a disaster. Goff is a 'thrower', not a QB in the ilk of Manning/Brees/Brady....yet.
Goff will be ok, and will 'look like' the 2018 Goff when McVay understands what Cooks/Watkins did....McVay totally missed the
big picture...and we now have 16 mill in 2 guys who can't get separation past 18 yards down the field (in gen, mates, in general)
