1. Trade for Minshew. He'd be our new backup assuming he loses the QB competition that would occur in camp. But there would be a competition for sure. His cost is the trade primarily, as he comes with a reasonable cap hit.
2. Draft a developmental QB. Wherever you see one on the board you like, if you do, take him. Not a big need but again I feel like with this offensive staff in place we should ALWAYS have a dev QB on the roster. You can use them in trade or on the field at some point in the future.
3. Improve at Center this offseason. It needs to happen. Probably a draft thing due to cap space.
And for the record I would do everything I could to sign Floyd. I think losing him will hurt our defense more than folks realize.
EDIT: oh and btw we'll see what we have in Wolford here shortly. If he can give us a boost then maybe that alters my offseason plan but for that to happen he'd need to beat more than just the Cards in game 16.
