I think the most telling problem with Goff's game is perfectly illustrated in those two really bad plays today... the Int and the Slide. I don't think those are aberrations, and I think the 'cause' has been apparent for a long time... even in his good years. That lack of mental focus, of most likely lack of acuity, exhibited by the Int and Slide short of the first IS GOFF'S FOCUS the entire game... which includes plays in which he does very well. He has a lot of physical talent.... but he's ALWAYS Goff, and no different on a horrific interception than he is on a perfect strike to Woods for a TD. - JamesJM
