Here is a problem with the Rams this year. They don't inspire confidence they win two and then drop one to a team they should on paper beat. They can't string good games together they can only win two games at a time and then drop one. For the playoffs they have to win out they don't look capable of doing that at this time. Most good teams can string 5 or 6 wins in a row when they are on a superbowl run.
They dropped their play against what they consider to be weak opponents.
That's their big 2020 flaw.
Well the next 2 games are against contending division rivals and then it's all playoff teams.
None of these games qualify as having the kind of presumably weak teams they tend not to get up for.
So if they haven't finally gotten over their big flaw, it's now irrelevant anyway.

If we win two in a row we will drop the next game as we have done it all year. That is the pattern they have established. That would be win the division and then drop to a team would should beat on paper a wild card team at our house. Now I'm not saying I want this to happen because I don't. But your analysis of the stats makes a out as much sense that they are only up to play against good teams. They have a problem maintaining success for a prolonged period of time this year. They haven't been able to maintain consistent good play for over a three game stretch.
