Great stuff. Just wanna highlight three bits I think are right on point.

The Great.

1) Goff. The accuracy and presence of mind was exactly what I want to see from him. Specifically the throw to Kupp on 3rd down at the end coming off the underneath receiver.

6) Not trying to run against the #1 rushing D.

yes. Yes. YES. In re the 2nd point: McVay has been accused before, at times, of abandoning the run. And he has. But on Monday he got it right. The strength of the Rams' O is not "balance" for the sake of balance. It's balance such that they can take advantage of whatever the defense allows.


The Bad

14) Not throwing for the first down? Brady had a LOT of time left.

Good game result. Bad call. Disappointing, waaay-too-conservative call. Really hope he chooses differently next time.
