He has put together an outstanding defense, but his coaching experience is pretty thin and I feel like he would do himself a favor to spend another year learning on the job. My sense is that teams will be worried by his lack of experience.
But maybe not, maybe they just hope he is the next McVay and try to get him young.
Do we have the youngest HC and DC in the league? So much for experience being the be all end all. These guys are very much ahead of schedule when it comes to learning and having success. Let's hope we can keep both for a looong time!
