I didn’t blame him for every loss
I said the burden of two losses SF and Miami were on him. And in this thread I specifically explain why
If you disagree with that then let’s discuss. In years past we blamed the oline, the lack of run game. Yet the Rams oline is very good and was very good in both of those games. They ran the ball well in both games. Heck people would also blame the defense saying Goff had no chance yet in both the Sf and Miami game the defense did its part. You could argue that for the first half against SF and then in crunch time the Rams defense didn’t hold up but Goff did very little well. Listen to his press conference after each game. He knows he let this team down
Now some of you want to blame McVay. The very coach that has been carrying him for 4 years. It’s time for Goff to grow up. He’s not some rookie QB. He’s a 5 year starter
Some of you (not all) are so busy trying to make excuses for him.
Example? Now the Rams need WRs and don’t a standout WR. The same people that are saying that told me for 2 years that Cooper Kupp was an irreplaceable WR among the leagues best.
They claimed the Rams wouldn’t miss Cooks and what he did in this offense. Yet here they are now saying the Rams WRs aren’t adequate
Jared Goff has one of the best Offensive minds in football designing an offense for him. He has one of the NFL’s best olines through 8 weeks, and the Rams are one on the best running teams in football, they have a bevy of receiving weapons rivaled only by a handful of teams and lastly through 8 games a defense that has been one of the top 5 in football
This guy has a ton of support. The Rams have lost 3 games. There is no way in hell they should have lost to SF or Miami - he collapsed not just played bad in both games collapsed
So I have outlined it for you. Where am so wrong?
