We have a few guys quite capable of going down field. I'd love to see Goff throw the passes that Russell Wilson throws.....to the back of the endzone. I recall the Vikes game a couple of years ago, he hit Kupp with a pretty one. Wasn't a REAL long throw but it was where Kupp would get it or nobody else. At least TRYING to throw 40+ down field 2-3 times a game might make defenses take at least a step back, making the Jet Sweeps and ..........SCREENS, a little more open.
P.S. I also wanna see our RBs throw every now and then. Even if it's just 10-15 yards down field.
I bet we'll see him throw one before too long once he returns. (Unless McVay means to save it.)
