aside from what we see in the scheme and oline
he is just more decisive, very much in command, and having him move is obviously working
If you take the last two games and then watch last year's 2nd game against SF were they also continually moved him around its clear McVay is on to something with him... but let's give Goff credit. They talked about him improving throwing on the run and while moving and they have implemented the quick passing game
And he is executing it very well. So when they tell you they are working on specifics things footwork, throwing while moving, using his athleticism more and then you actually see it translate to the games... well then yes that is something to be excited about!
I agree Speed. Scheme and OL have really helped Goff this year and it is exciting to see! Now if Goff can get better while under pressure, that would be even better! He is growing before our eyes.
I disagree about Wentz being the better QB for a lot of reasons but they are both very different QB's. They both have different strengths and weaknesses. One is a pocket passer and the other is better on the run. Both need a good OL to be at their best.
I guess I have more faith in Goff than you do and that's ok. We BOTH want him to succeed and that is the bottom line.
Just curious who you would rather have than Goff other than the obvious 3-4 QB's ie; Wilson, Mahomes, Rodgers, Jackson.
Also, who was our last QB that was better than Goff in your opinion? We have had some bad QB's over the years.
#HelmetHornsMatter
“Well, the color is good, I like the metallic blue,” Youngblood recently said while laughing, via NFL Journal. “The horn is terrible. It looks like a ‘C.’ When I first saw it on the logo I honestly thought it was a Charger logo.
“Now when I see it on the helmet, it just isn’t a ram horn. There is no distinct curl like a mature ram horn. I don’t know how the Rams could get that wrong. That is your symbol and it has been for what? Seventy years or more? Longer than I have been alive? It’s just not us, it’s not the Rams.”---Mr. Ram Jack Youngblood
