I'm not an Allen fan, but I think McVay must be.
- They tabbed him to replace Sullivan in only his second year after no starts the previous year.
- They signed Blythe to only a 1 year deal this off season.
- They passed on some very solid OC prospects in the 2020 draft.
While I suppose it's possible that they are enamored of something that isn't there, I have to believe that they view him as the starter of the future.
