Good questions, Rock.

Clearly, we will see teams, agents, and players forced to rethink their various strategies while dealing with a shifting cap.

Gonna be interesting to watch. As usual, the smarter teams will do the best job of strategizing and gain further relative advantage. Hope the Rams are in that ‘smarter’ group.

Teams with cap space will have more to buy, since teams without cap space will have to let players walk.

The fan fantasy of seeing players get less? It might not work that way. cool smiley

Where do you come up with this "fan fantasy" about players getting less?

You mean the ones that complain about the Rams paying Goff too much money or just in general?

Barring a miracle, The cap is going to be negatively effected the next 4 years, I don't think any Rams fan should be happy about that.... It is going to hurt teams like Rams who are already up against it.
