It does make a difference if your oline is playing bad but when your oline sucks and your qb is off it makes it worse also. Goff has had some real bad games even when his oline was a top unit in 2018 correct? He has also had some great games with that line correct? Goff has some hinderance in his game even with a great oline IMO it is his inability to quickly dissect a defense or understand the concepts of mcvay play calls. I don't think it has anything to do with arm strength or mobility issues. To Me he weakness is in-between his ears.
