There would be zero hand wringing about who goes IF they could actually get Warford to sign for what would be an affordable deal. Fans often overvalue their depth players and Rams fans IMO are guilty of this with our OL. So pick one. I'd cut Demby immediately to make room for him, Shelton too.
It's a longshot too of course due to the lack of cap space. But the Rams do offer potential to deliver him some payback with the Saints if they add him.
