I kinda of look at it differently
I think speed is important especially if you have a bunch of guys who are all about the same. He doesn't have elite speed and now they don't have anyone on offense who does. Will that matter? My guess it will make it easier for defenses to defend them yes. That they won't have the same kind of fear they had when Cooks could literally draw coverage away from everyone else. On the other hand what other offenses have a Cooks to do that?... not many and they are still productive. The Saints for example certainly don't have that... so there are others ways of moving the ball downfield. The Rams just might do it more slowly than we have seen them before

Man I'm going to be all eyes on Jefferson should we get to see him this summer. I am really curious to see what the Rams saw in him translate to the football field
