We can disagree with him if we want to, for sure. But I have no doubt he believes that.

Besides, on the day of the draft everyone has high expectations for their picks. Two years down the line things are quite different.

Probably Oline takes as long as any single unit to come around, play together in sync, and develop as individuals. So the FO belief is that you don't start dumping guys after 1 year, even 2, because the development time is worth a lot.

We'll see what happens. These are the kinds of decisions GMs are hired to make.

The OL need time to sync - and there's no reason to think that guys like Allen/Notebloom/Edwards/Evans are finished products - or close to it.

We'll see!
