He was obviously unhappy with the 10th ranked scoring offense last season. And I'm glad he's got that high of expectations.
Fixing it relates directly to the run game. It was the single biggest negative change we saw in 2019 offensively. Thus it will be the focus, i.e. RB and OL, as far as the offense is concerned. Rams might be able to sneak in a WR or whatever, which would be cool and all, but focus will be on the engine parts that failed last season.
EDIT: oh and btw not disagreeing on the defense. It needs to improve too of course.
