It is always so easy to go emotionally ape sh** and declare gloom and doom without analyzing the situation with a cool head.
The Rams oline was decimated last year and was held together with chewing gum. Several of the guys who ended up the year starting would have been no better than young back-ups sans the injuries. And, as it turned out, a couple of rookies really stepped up. Still I think we need interior help either at OG or Center.
Goff wasn't sharp and I honestly don't understand why. Bad year. Period. But you can't throw away his earlier years. He's got a good arm, the brains, and it would be a shock to me if he didn't return to the Goff of 2018.
Missing Kupp was just enormous. Then Cook with the concussions.
FINALLY Higbee was given an opportunity and he made the most of it. He is going have a big year.
The Gurley thing was a pretty big distraction. We saw glimpses of what Henderson can do. The Rams will be more than fine at RB.
McVay didn't forget how to coach offense. I'm sure he learned a lot as well.
The O is going to be very good this year unless the injury bug bites big time again.
