How have the Seahawks improved. They will not have Clowney who really came on late in the season for them.
The niners have lost some players and benefitted from every single bounce going their way last year. Who's to say they're not in for a SB hangover?
The Cards? They have a 2nd year QB who's show flashes of great play and stretches of poor play. They added an older (though still great) receiver to their even older other receiver and had one of the worst defenses in football last year.
I'm not so sure we can't compete with those 3. We should have beaten the seahawks twice last year and the niners once. So even with all our problems last year we could have been 5-1 in the division.
All good points promo and I can't really say I have a metric. We've lost Brockers, Littleton, Fowler, Matthews, NRC...all starters on defense. I get the argument that our defense wasn't great with those guys but it remains to be seen whether we'll be better or worse with their replacements. So to me it seems, like I said in this moment, that we are falling behind in our division. I hope not of course.
