You name it and he’s all over it. Furthermore, I could understand where McVay would be the first to notice when something was “off”.
If there is "such a thing"---and it's not (as I strongly suspect) just a buzz term for a lot of different, actual things--then you could define it.
McVay is not perfect my friend. He should have noticed that his own OFFENSE was off, from the start.
Either way, I just think that when a team doesn't live up to expectations, it brings out a certain kind of "find the one thing to blame" type thinking from those discussing it.
It ain't one thing and the word "culture" doesn't help the discussion one bit. I think you might as well be saying "the spirit gods who govern the Rams fate are angry, and demand a sacrifice."
To me it always pays to be more specific. And concrete. And real.
As opposed to the idea that this magic thing called "culture" mysteriously turned from good to bad in one off-season.
