Yes, Rapp should have been over the top, but Ramsey didn't give do or die effort, even on a trail technique.

Don't see that at all from Ramsey.... He injured his knee early in the game and came back out and played through it.
Don't really see anything else he could have done besides be faster, but he can't help that. Had Rapp been where he was supposed to be, that ball is likely intercepted
