Too much rock star and they need some blue collar boundaries.
I bet we see it a little next season.
We don't see everything behind the scenes, but to see three disgusting blowouts and no one benched, etc. just screams "soft"
We are seeing it a little bit with not playing Havenstein right now.... he wasn't playing well, so he sits post injury.
All these posts about screaming at players and throwing things don't apply...that isn't strong, accountable leadership and I think McVay gets that, as does Wade. But they definitely need to launch under performing players: (i.e. Brockers, Weddle, Matthews, Sebastian Day)
It's a two edged sword to be a Ram. Fun, great place to live, outside opportunities....but it should be a privilege to play in L.A. and you're held to VERY high standards or you get sent to Cleveland or Jacksonville.
There is no excuse, outside losing most of the offensive line, for this team to miss the playoffs. It's terrible. That message needs to be sent.
