Rams need a Coach, in addition to McVay and Wade (IF Wade returns) roaming the grounds to keep things in check. Both are great guys but I am betting they are too soft and too forgiving....Hence soft play and the BIGGEST issue...INCONSISTENCY!
Dick Vermeil almost had half the Rams walk out the year before they won the Super Bowl. But he found out where the REAL heart n guts was to be found to trigger the GSOT.....and a Super Bowl WIN.
