Finally......a moment to catch up on the board.
BTW, Max. Add me to the CC list of thank yous on this breakdown.
Being at the game, one fine play for me was at 1:50 on the link you gave us.
QB gets the snap and takes a huge drop (7 step I'm sure...but....deep)
And lo' and behold, the kid skitters forward in the pocket and nails Woods.
From my seat? Elation. Seen too many times in given plays where climbing the pocket might have reaped huge dividends.
As for Evans, it might have been a repeat of a number of snaps. He did an excellent evening's work keeping the QB, and RBs clean
Back to Deadpool
Great to read a breakdown of worth about what's going on with the OL, and the young Evans.
Might be wrong, but it sure appeared that the preaching from the position coaches seems to emulate what DP would like to see more of......."get the pads down"......that was in one of the highlight tapes this week.
There were a number of times I saw our guys lowered, and it turned out well for us.
I always try to watch the Badgers, and Sooners offensive linemen, and this year looks as if they've got another round up of guys you'd like to see near your camp come summer
Good to see that DP has his eyes on the same groups.
Corbett
Has the final games to make some hay at the spot. I'm hoping that Kromer's group has been active in grooming the entire group for today. Does Corbett hold his own, or even better, start impacting that section of the scrimmage line? Just give me a seam for TG3. It's really seems like the Cowboy game centers on that topic.
