Yeah that's the thing--OL is developmental.
I've seen some of the top O-line coaches in the league say the spread offenses in the college game has made it just as hard to draft NFL ready lineman as it has QBs.
BTW I had to look it up for myself. There are currently 40 first round picks starting on O-lines around the league and 21 undrafted free agents.
So if you reckon that there are around 160 starting OL (more actually if you count replacements), 1st round picks represent 25%, UDFAs about 13%, and the other 62% are 2nd through 7th rounders.
Right now, in their post-injury condition, the Rams actually start 3 2nd rounders--AW, Hav, and Corbett.
