It can be done.
The '99 Rams were in need of offensive line help...they had a bunch of journeyman and added Timmerman to the mix....the Donut Bros went on to be a good offensive line!
They have to be working on it now. There are guys out there not playing that have played at a high level. Osemele, Trent Williams, etc.
Time for Les to get creative.....really, really fast.
Agreed. I can be done and has been done. Will it be easy? No.
Plus, Snead and McVay have been very aggressive in getting what the want\need. I have no reason to think they will not be aggressive regarding the OL. We have a new stadium to open next season. They will not stand pat with with what they got now.
I see at least 2 new starters on OL next year. They might have to do some restructuring with contracts to get it done though. How about Gurley and AD "give a little back" to help out? Would Gurley restructure if it means better blocking??? I bet he would. He already said he felt like "giving money back"...this offseason will be the time to call him on it.
#HelmetHornsMatter
“Well, the color is good, I like the metallic blue,” Youngblood recently said while laughing, via NFL Journal. “The horn is terrible. It looks like a ‘C.’ When I first saw it on the logo I honestly thought it was a Charger logo.
“Now when I see it on the helmet, it just isn’t a ram horn. There is no distinct curl like a mature ram horn. I don’t know how the Rams could get that wrong. That is your symbol and it has been for what? Seventy years or more? Longer than I have been alive? It’s just not us, it’s not the Rams.”---Mr. Ram Jack Youngblood
