Martz and McVay couldn't be any more different when it comes to ego and personality

Watch the games....they're were stacking the box daring us to throw....McVay is smart and will take what you give him... put up damn near 500 yards of offense and 29 points which is usually enough to get a win in 90% of any NFL game.

McVay and the offense are not the problem.... we were six inches away from being 4-1
