Allen may be an upgrade over Sullivan who seemed to have broken down by the end of the year.
I don't see an upgrade at any other staring position. But I think the term transition, which was used in this thread, is more appropriate.
Blythe is just ok, he's not a good RG but Kroemer coaches them up to be competent.
Noteboom is playing out of position right now, he's not a good run blocker. LG is a stepping stone to LT next year.
Havenstein is the same guy. A decent RT with heavy feet.
I think we can all agree that this OL is a work in progress and not nearly as good as it was this time last year.
It will be interesting to see where Edwards ends up playing. Does he take Havensteins spot eventually or play Guard.
