Not following this at all.

He said 'You can look at the deal as a fan does. Or you can look at the deal as a businessman and an agent as do the Rams and Goff's very wise agency....'
The way the agent described how he sees extensions and how he says that teams and negotiators view them is what Rockram is describing as a fan's perspective.
The issues I addressed were (1) how you count yearly averages from contracts. and (2) whether or not qb 2nd contracts grow exponentially.
According to the agents themselves, an extension is a new contract. You don't combine Goff's rookie contract and the new extension and divide by 6. The extension is its own separate, new entity.
And the rough percentage of the cap qbs get in 2nd contracts is not going up, it remains in the same range.
What you say here is so unrelated to what I was talking about, I can't figure out what you're saying.
