top 12 isn't bad considering where he was at the end of the 2017 season, that is quite the climb.
just have to think if Cooks catches one of those balls and Rams win that game, he'd be ranked a lot higher.....
Gotta feeling he'll be top 8 by next year in this same type of poll.
