Not to address your specific arguments but in my opinion Fisher did an excellent coaching job in 2012- and in 2013. They went 14-17-1 while playing the the NFL's toughest division and losing their QB for the majority of 2013. To me it wasn't until late 2014 (the final 3 games when they came unglued) that the petals started falling from the flower.
When looking at the end results, I think it's fair to assume that but in re-watching some of these older games, it also becomes clear that Fisher made things harder than they needed to be.
