Definitely dark times but those guys with a different coach? I don't know. Fisher seemingly tried to put them all in bad positions. That game came down to a missed FG by the Redskins when it should have been a relatively easily controlled win by the Rams.
I'd forgotten about him benching Steven Jackson. SJ scored on a run at the goal line but yet again, Fisher wouldn't challenge the no TD call. SJ got frustrated and spiked the ball after the play and got a 15 yard penalty. So Fisher benched him for the rest of the game. Idiot.
