Mayock may or may not be successful. Personally I like what they did this offseason overall apart from trading for Brown. But I do think he is as good a personnel evaluator as many GMs. He always seemed really dedicated to and serious about it.

As for Jeremiah, I dont know what his workload is like for NFL Network. But whatever it is is probably a fraction of what it would be as a GM. Four small kids. There is a lot to be said for lifestyle and freedom.
