Snead was a TV guy?

That's news to me.
I thought he was in the Jags organization in some capacity, then in the Falcons as director of Pro personnel.
I don't ever recall Snead being a TV guy. Rather he spent many years working directly in the NFL for these teams. If he was, fill me in.
