I wouldn't say Bengals are a contender, but they aren't miserable either.
I would say it all comes down to price and/or what's best for his family. Looks like he's married, don't know about kids.
Saffold did suggest he'd stay for less, as long as it was a good offer. Then he backpedaled. I would assume that was at his agent suggestion
