I could honestly see Christian or Countess start in Joyners spot next year. Whoever is the better tackler.
To be honest, it's not hard to think one of those two guys could easily replace Joyner because he was often no where to be found.

Thats the question. What happened to him this year? There wasnt even a hint that he was injured.
I dont know how you play great one year and then fall off a cliff the next. He is still young and he was playing in a contract year.

I agree with 21. My own "theory"© on Joyner is that he was simply not suited for the deep middle role and was better as a nickel safety mixing it up underneath. It's not a physical thing, I don't think he had the "in the head" talents for the deep middle. He wasn't as instinctive in that role.
