I've seen you use this word flawed several times now but I'm not sure what you mean by it.

In my mind, either someone is perfect or they have flaws. And I don't know anyone who is perfect so...of course McVay is flawed, right along with everyone else. He's got places to grow for sure.

But surely you mean something more than that?

I don't know if people realize the amazing turn around this team has gone through in such a short time and that McVay is actually the winningest coach in the NFL since his arrival

Second guessing, nitpicking and actual name calling is going on around here right now with this coach.....it's mind boggling to say the least.

We are one of a few teams that is actually heading back to the playoffs this year...it's hard to win in the NFL and even harder to win consistently
