McVay seem to me to be too reliant on deception... sometimes you just need to line up and run right at a team.

The thing that bothers me is that he is way too smart to not see these problems or the solutions to them. The guy has total recall. He has admitted in interviews last year he wanted to get out of strictly running 11 personnel. So why are they still running 11 personnel 95% of the time? Something is fishy in all this. I just have no idea what it is.
