that has been touched on already by others and since I can't edit, I'll post it here.
Everyone is talking about the OL and how poorly it played, but what no one (at least that I have read) has mentioned is that this is the same thing that happened last year late in the season as well. Esp. with Sully and Whit. 2 years in a row is the beginning of a trend, and a bad one at that.
The Rams have no depth on the OL outside of 2 rookies. Sully has had back injuries in the past and isn't getting any older, Whit isn't a spring chicken and Saffold is always an injury risk.
And this time of year, everyone is dinged, but it seems like the OL just isn't up to its usual standard late in the year and into the playoffs. These guys should have been fresher coming off a bye week, so I am getting a little concerned this OL can accomplish what needs to be done.
Excellent points. Whit and Sully wore down last year and we see it happening again. And to think there could be another 4 or 5 weeks of football left. We desperately need to finish Top 2 and get that bye, but I'm not sure even a week off will help those two a this stage of their careers...
