I see largely the same positions earmarked for replacement as you do. I do have a few different suggestions though about how to go about meeting the needs.
FS and SS - I would switch JJ3 to FS. When they drafted him they said he was versatile and could play both. He's excelled in coverage so that seems to be true. Then I would pick up a SS in free agency and skip Earl Thomas. He's getting up there in age and usually there are more SS available.
Suggestion: Haha Clinton Dix or Landin Collins - both SS that are very good in run support.
ILB - I agree here. Cut Barron, move Littleton to his position and find a mike LB either through free agency or the draft...doesn't matter which IMO.
Dline - I'd let Suh go for sure. The money could be better spent elsewhere. I'd strongly consider cutting Brockers too. He's been somewhat under the radar but possibly the most disappointing defensive player this year IMO. I also don't think he's the answer at NT. Snead has spoken about how they picked up Suh because they wanted someone to plug the middle. That obviously implies they weren't satisfied with Brockers in that role last year.
Suggestion: draft this position early through the 4th round and maybe double up. Rumor is that this draft may be the best ever for DL. Play to the strengths of the draft.
Edge - Agree here again. It looks more promising lately but I lean towards drafting more talent here IF it's the best player available.
OL - What happens with Saffold is the key. I strongly feel they should resign him. If they do, I agree that we could use more depth but I don't think we NEED another olinemen as high as the 3rd. If they don't resign Saffold, they need one early unless there's something in free agency.
TE - It's starting to look more promising lately but I agree that Higs could be ripe to be upgraded. It's probably not a high need though. I get the sense that they are pretty happy with Everett.
