I mean the quibble was about overnight turnaround v. turnaround. I think a turnaround with McV was bound to happen. Or the emergence of a good team. I think we agree it's not overnight if he has to find his qb and RB first (plus some other guys).

And I think it's a lot of things. With McVay several layers of coaching are involved, obviously not just Xs and Os. In fact that's a whole discussion in its own right.
