I am stunned that overthecap doesn't report Hav's extension yet!! But they don't.
The best information I have been able to find says he "... will make $8.125 million per year from 2019-22" so I'll use that number as his cap number for now. [

Here's an update of my conclusions with Hav in the fold.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
That leaves the Rams with $58M and 29 players signed. (There are only 5 teams with less cap space than that ... but only 7 teams have more players under contract.)
With these numbers the Rams top 8 cap hits would total $117.35M. That accounts for just under 59% of their cap - a typical distribution in today's NFL. (Donald $25M, Goff $25M, Gurley $17.25M, Cooks $16.8M, Barron $9M, Peters $9M, Havenstein $8.125M, Woods $7.175M)
***New note*** The players in the top 8 seem to hit all the key positions: QB, RB, two WR's, OT, DL, LB, CB.
