So, like I said, it’s a mountain out of a molehill thing?
“Slightly different opinion”, “minor criticism”?
Seemed kinda nitpicky to me. But I know that we both love McVay.
Questioning McVay is fair game, btw. I’ve questioned his excssive resting of starters throughout PS, for example. But I think that topic is more worthy of questioning. JMO.
Absolutley a mountain out of a mole hill! IMO, this has NOTHING to do with questioning McVay. He is NOT perfect and is INDEED fair game. I agree with you 43 about sitting the starters all preseason but we could both be proven wrong if they do well and his strategy just might become the norm for all teams. But, to critique him for praising a young player and trying to build his confidence is just silly. McVay is one hell of a good coach so far but has made some questionable mistakes. Praising a player is NOT one of them IMO.
#HelmetHornsMatter
“Well, the color is good, I like the metallic blue,” Youngblood recently said while laughing, via NFL Journal. “The horn is terrible. It looks like a ‘C.’ When I first saw it on the logo I honestly thought it was a Charger logo.
“Now when I see it on the helmet, it just isn’t a ram horn. There is no distinct curl like a mature ram horn. I don’t know how the Rams could get that wrong. That is your symbol and it has been for what? Seventy years or more? Longer than I have been alive? It’s just not us, it’s not the Rams.”---Mr. Ram Jack Youngblood
