What that panel does is reverse the VB approach and instead of acting as if the problem was the player, puts it on the Rams.
We don't know enough yet to determine which is the more accurate picture. Or if both are. Or if neither is (for some reason).
It's a very good way to show that any of US who assumes that the problem is Donald, or the team, is just basing it on nothing.
There is no consensus among sports writers as to which it is. No one knows enough.
Given that it's just as plausible to respond to VB by saying
"he acts as if Donald hasn't been negotiating. I'm glad he's not in charge of Rams team-building."....
