And since both the Rams and Donald know this maybe the delay is about something else. Like waiting for Mack to sign first.
I don't think AD can afford to wait around for Mack unless he's willing to hold out past that August 7 deadline.... this will be interesting to see where this goes and to finally maybe get some answers as to why it took so long.
